Taste guarantee is offered on all products under brands Proudi and BIG DOG within 7 days of delivery by Peti.

What you need to do?

1) Bring the remaining food to our warehouse or store;

2) Show us your order confirmation email;

3) We will help to replace another flavor or issue store credit for you.
